Mike originated the idea for The Cincinnati Region Hacking Homelessness and is the Keeper of the Flame for the direction of this event. He has a background in science, business, and innovation. He believes that nothing is impossible and that the community knows solutions to most of their issues. All the community needs is for someone to ask them, help develop the ideas, and help implement the ideas.
AJ works every week with homeless individuals applying for Lifeline cell phones. He realized that something more had to be done to help people find safe and reliable housing. With a background in executive leadership, AJ will help lead tactical teams to execute new strategies in the community and beyond.
Larry is an innovation development consultant who has spent 35 years with USAF community doing tech expert activities in aerospace subsystems and award-winning researcher in advanced sensor systems. For the past ten years he has been an avid innovation developer and executive founder coach who consistently brings to bear his personal innovation development strategy to engage change with a mindset to align with a true need to create economic value. Few innovations can stand the test-of-time if it does not generate revenue or create pathways in societal advocacy or both.
Sharon is a business architect who’s spent her life’s work helping individuals, teams and companies learn, practice and master the process of business and leadership development. Sharon has often applied her expertise to help underserved, underskilled and underutilized people and groups advance and grow. She’s become a passionate member of the Hacking Homelessness Team to help facilitate and scale new ways of helping others work through and out of homelessness for the good of the individuals, families, and communities hoping to put an end to this heartbreaking social predicament.
Sandy has 20+ years working with and in nonprofit organizations. She has consulted/ advised numerous nonprofits on increasing their impact and making them sustainable nonprofit organization through strategic planning, grant writing and fundraising.
